Because my shop is all about surprises, limited drops, and curated cuteness, every order is a little adventure. That means all sales are final. Bo's Bundles does NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges — even if the mystery bundle reveals items you weren’t hoping for.

Mystery is part of the magic, and every bundle is packed with love, whimsy, and a sprinkle of curated chaos.

If your package arrives looking like it went on its own adventure (and not the fun kind), I got you.

Please email me within 48 hours of delivery at bosbundles@bosbundles.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

I’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit if appropriate. I want you to feel delighted, not defeated.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves my hands and begins its journey through the postal parcel universe, I am no longer able to control what happens. I am not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays

If your tracking says “delivered” but your doorstep says otherwise, please reach out to the shipping carrier for help.

Because I start preparing your goodies right away, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
