Shipping Policy for Bo's Bundles

📦✨ How Your Cute Goodies Begin Their Journey

Once you place an order, I start packing your mystery treasures right away. Processing usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on how many bundles are being prepared in my little workshop as well as a video add on is added.

🚚 Delivery Times

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Typical estimates:

• Domestic orders (U.S) : 1-5business days
• International orders: Not offered at this time, working on it!

These are estimates only — once your package leaves my hands, it’s on its own brave quest.

🔍 Tracking Your Parcel’s Adventure

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It may take a little time to update as the carrier scans it along the way.

If your tracking seems stuck, it’s probably just taking a good ole' nap.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These vary by country and are not included in Bo's Bundles prices.

I know — customs paperwork isn’t cute, but it’s part of the journey.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, I can’t control what happens next. I am not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays

If your tracking says “delivered” but your mailbox says “nope,” please contact the carrier directly.

⛔ Address Oopsies

Please double‑check your shipping address before checking out. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to me, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs. I wish I could magically fix typos :-(
